Evaluation results 2024; 72% excellent!

As immigration and relocation service provider it’s very important to know how our customers (the employees we assist) experience our assistance. That is why we send out evaluation requests to all employees we assisted, except when we are instructed not to do so. In this article we’ll share the evaluation results 2024 with you.

Evaluation results 2024

In 2024, we assisted around 2500 customers with their immigration and/or relocation to the Netherlands. 59% of the evaluation requests we sent were answered, with the following results:

  • 72% of our customers rated our assistance as excellent
  • 24% as good

We’re very happy to see that -despite a very challenging housing market in the Netherlands – we were able to achieve this customer satisfaction rate!

What do we do with the feedback we received?

We take the feedback that we receive through the evaluations (but obviously also during the assistance) very seriously. When we see multiple comments about the same subject we look into our processes and make changes if possible.

Some desired changes are beyond our control. It’s obvious that we cannot change the housing market in the Netherlands. However, we do feel that we are responsible for the management of expectations – preferably together with the employer. What we also do is to share best practices and our advice. We always work on the optimization of this to make our customers’ relocation experience a positive one.
