How do we work?
Step 1: Access to MyMove
MyMove* is our interactive platform, designed to streamline relocations for you and your employees. Your employee will find all the information that is important before, during, and shortly after the relocation. Additionally, your employee can find all the appointments we’ve made, along with instructions. We also present properties via MyMove, conveniently all in one overview and beautifully presented.
You can also gain access to MyMove to submit new initiations or to follow the relocation process of your employees.
Step 2: Getting to know your employee
Step 2 is always getting to know your international employee. For immigration services, we want to know the nationality and background of the relocation. Before we start our relocation services, we conduct a comprehensive intake, where we discuss expectations, budget, wishes, and planning. We explain what your employee can expect from us and walk through our portal to unleash its tremendous possibilities.


Step 3: Execution of agreed services
Following a structured approach, we are both your and foremost your employees’ companion in all relocation steps. We offer clear information, look for the best solutions, make and/or accompany the necessary appointments and guide your employees whenever possible.
Of course we check frequently to ensure everything is proceeding according to plan. We also keep you informed of the progress.
Step 4: Completion of services
When everything that was agreed upon has been arranged, we conclude our work. We ask your employee to let us know through a brief evaluation how the services were experienced. You will receive our invoice.
