Verandering van verblijfsdoel
Er is sprake van een verandering van verbijfsdoel als uw werknemer niet meer voldoet aan de voorwaarde(n) van het oorspronkelijke type verblijfs-/werkvergunning. Bijvoorbeeld een student die bij u in dienst treedt, of een wetenschapper die bij een bedrijf gaat werken. Anywr Netherlands zorgt voor uw compliance en ontzorgt u van de to-do’s.
Een van onze immigratiespecialisten analyseert en adviseert u op basis van de specifieke situatie. Wij informeren en instrueren de medewerker over de benodigde documentatie. Hebben we deze compleet ontvangen, dan dienen wij namens u de aanvraag in en coördineren wij eventuele noodzakelijke afspraken bij de IND. Tijdens het proces houden we alle partijen proactief op de hoogte.
