Werkvergunning
Bij het inhuren van een niet-EU werknemer, bent u als bedrijf hoogstwaarschijnlijk verplicht om een werkvergunning aan te vragen. Deze tewerkstellingsvergunning is onderdeel van het kennismigranten– of ICT-vergunningenschema, maar in sommige situaties is een aparte tewerkstellingsvergunning (TWV) verplicht.

Na analyse van uw specifieke situatie, adviseren wij welke immigratieroute het beste gevolgd kan worden. Wij informeren de werkgever en de werknemer over de benodigde documenten en stellen de immigratiedocumenten op en dienen deze in. We stemmen de nodige afspraken af met de immigratieauthoriteiten.
