The welcoming programme ensures compliance for both employer as well as employee from the start.
Furthermore, it allows us to tailor the services to your employee’s specific situation and needs and to take away hurdles even before they surface.
The welcoming programme consists of:
- a welcome video meeting during which we discuss the situation, expectations, and planning of the upcoming relocation.
- access to all orientation, rent and settling-in information in Mysettleservice (our communication and information portal).
- Instructions for two milestone relocation tasks:
- Registration at the authorities (to obtain a BSN), including appointment coordination, and
- Information on (mandatory) health insurance
