De Kennismigrantenregeling is voor niet-EU-werknemers die vanuit het buitenland worden geworven en die een lokaal (Nederlands) contract hebben getekend.
Uw bedrijf moet om gebruik te kunnen maken van de Kennismigrantenregeling erkend referent zijn. Of dat al het geval is kunt u opzoeken op de lijst van erkende referenten. Is uw bedrijf nog geen erkend referent? Anywr Netherlands kan ook hierbij assisteren.
Kennismigrantenregeling
Wij informeren de werkgever en de werknemer over de benodigde documenten en stellen de immigratiedocumenten op en dienen deze in. Wij coördineren eventuele afspraken bij de GGD (tbc-test) en immigratieautoriteiten. Tijdens het proces houden we alle partijen proactief op de hoogte.
