EU citizens can come to the Netherlands to work and live here without the need for a visa or an work permit.
You can work and live here without any restrictions. However, you and your partner will have to submit an application to work and live in the Netherlands. The procedure is called ‘Verification against EU law’, we gladly assist you with this.
Your employer will have to submit a posted workers notification to the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs. Anywr Netherlands gladly assists.
Yes, you do. Depending on your situation, you may need a:
– Partner permit (if your partner is EU or your partner has a valid residence/work permit).
– Permanent residence permit.
– Highly skilled migrant permit.
– Intra corporate transferee permit.
– EU Blue card.
– A valid residence permit as a refugee.
The procedure to bring a non-EU partner to the Netherlands is tough. You must be able to prove that you have a long-term relationship (at least three years), and your partner must also successfully pass an integration exam. There are other requirements. If the application is approved, your partner can work in the Netherlands as long as the permit is valid.
Anywr Netherlands gladly assists with all work related immigration procedures.
