Service Excellence: our clients’ view

Companies choose and remain loyal to a service partner primarily due to their service excellence. Anywr Netherlands has always embraced this vision, which was the driving force behind our membership of the European Relocation Association (EuRA) in its early days. EuRA offers the EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) for relocation companies, a quality certification based on ISO 9001, specifically tailored for the relocation industry. Anywr Netherlands has been a proud holder of the seal since 2008.

Apart from our EuRA membership we want to provide top class assistance as we are a company that strives for long term relations with our clients.

How do we measure service excellence?

Measuring service excellence

Anywr Netherlands routinely sends evaluation requests to the employees we assist. In certain situations, the employer or a designated company (such as a Relocation Management Company) sends evaluation requests on their behalf. The overall results of these employee evaluations will be shared in a subsequent blog post.

Another way we gauge our service excellence is by soliciting feedback from the HR and Global Mobility managers we collaborate with. Recently, we conducted a survey to gather their insights, and the response rate was an impressive 30%.

Results of our service excellence survey for clients

HR managers and Global Mobility managers who have worked with Anywr Netherlands in the past year rated our assistance at an outstanding 4.38 on a 5-point scale. The most significant factors contributing to their satisfaction were (in order):

  1. Clear and timely follow-up
  2. Our expertise
  3. Accessibility of Anywr Netherlands
  4. Clear working processes

Here are some comments we received:

  • “You provide an amazing service with your expertise and a great service-minded approach.”
  • “I am very satisfied with the expertise and assistance of Settle Service. The only thing I would change is sometimes the last-minute availability by phone and/or email. But this varies per day and season.” (NOTED!)
  • “Het is fijn geholpen te worden door Settle Service (our old name), snelle reactie en vakkundig advies en vriendelijk personeel.” (Translation: “It’s great to be assisted by Settle Service, with quick responses, expert advice, and friendly staff.”)

Conclusion

We extend our gratitude to all respondents for their clear and transparent feedback! Thank you for your input and we’ll address the (few) areas for improvement. We are also immensely proud of the results and will continue our commitment to service excellence!
