Online orientation
The first step is an online orientation. Your recruitment candidates will find much information on the destination city as well as relevant relocation info in the ‘Discovery’ section of our communications portal mysettleservice.com.
The city information mentioned above is divided into chapters. They include general information about the city, information about transport, housing, schooling and the Dutch medical system. The bigger destination cities (like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag) offer quite detailed information on the various neighbourhoods.
The relocation resources offer info on the relocation process to the Netherlands as well as region specific information about leisure activities.
Offline familiarization
Whereas online orientation offers a good first impression, a live visit to the city will make your candidates ‘feel’ their new environment. Authorizing Anywr Netherlands to set up an orientation tour means that we make a tailormade tour. We call your candidate and ask what she/he would like to include in the tour. In many cases this means that we will start the day with a welcome meeting. After this, we drive through the city and show the places of interest. During the tour, our consultant will share her ‘inside story’ of the city and answer all questions. We will show neighbourhoods and properties and will make your candidate acquianted with the city where she/he may live. This is a very effective offer, yet it will cost time, flight tickets, hotel costs and a fee for our services. Not something you are able to offer all candidates.

A good orientation may mean the difference for your candidates. It is therefore that we have developed a brand new product that you can offer to all candidates that seem interesting for your company.
Your candidates can stay at home and get an impression of their new city as if they have actually been there.
